
Yoga Classes
Do you like to be in a space where you can explore your own yoga practice, and connect with your body, respecting your own needs on any given day?
I warmly invite you to join a Centre Peace Yoga class where you can focus on noticing what comes up, and using awareness and acceptance as powerful tools to understand your physical and mental states.
While I guide you through each practice, my intention is for you to facilitate the power of connecting mind, body and breath - the sequence of postures and movements are accompanied with intentionally curated music to create a space for you to explore the principles of Embodied Flow, fostering mindfulness and connection to yourself and those around you.
My own yoga journey began during a challenging time in my life, and I experienced first-hand the incredible benefits of breath and movement for my mental wellbeing. Yoga became an essential part of my routine, helping me balance the demands of running a business and raising a family.
Completing my Yoga Teacher Training was a pivotal moment for me, deepening my understanding of why yoga is so significant in my life. Since then, I’ve cherished every opportunity to share this joy with others in my classes.
