My workshop agenda combines a yoga practice with intention setting, offering a thoughtfully sequenced Slow Flow designed to help students explore and embody sensations that resonate with everyday life experiences. In a supportive space you’ll be guided through a journey of self-reflection, vulnerability, acceptance, resilience, joy, and empowerment. From there, we delve into how these elements can help you connect more deeply with your hopes, goals, and dreams, paving the way for meaningful transformation and growth—both in the present and into the future.
I bring a blend of passion and analytical thinking to guide participants in setting clear, actionable goals. Through a process that is both organized and encouraging, I help individuals set their personal intentions, ensuring that each person feels supported in their own growth journey to align with their truest selves and overall well-being.
